I DON'T HAVE TIME!!

I don't have time to tend to my garden.  I'm either working or doing family stuff.  Somebody always has something going on.  It's still fairly nice out and we've had some warm days in the 60's.  Why didn't I go out to the garden and get it set for a long winter nap. 
I want to do so much but can't squeeze it all in.  Oh well.  One day at a time.

Garden Club Meeting

Falcon Garden Club meeting was this past Saturday.  We had a few new faces in the crowd.  We discussed coordinating a permiculture class for the whole town.
Heidi Ring had a giant house plant sale at her house and donated the money to the garden club.  Thank you Heidi!!!  I bought 6 plants that I'm not sure what they are but I'm gonna search and find out. 
Nadine did a talk about putting your beds and garden to rest for the winter.  Robin talked briefly about her success in her garden over the past year. 

It's Winter

It's a week before Thanksgiving and I didn't get my garden to be before winter.  I didn't get my onions out and I didn't till in the manure or cover with straw.  I'm ashamed to be the Falcon Garden Club president.  I will try harder next year.  I know I know I said that last year.  But this year will be different. I promise (myself).
