flowers

I've deciding to let my veggie garden spot rest this year.   Plus I don't have time to work in it.  I'm going to work on getting the soil nice and rich and the weeds gone for good.  I planted the planter for the front porch.  I think they look pretty good.  I planted some marigolds in the front flower bed.  We want to try to grow some grass in the front yard but haven't got the grass seed on it yet.   I keep thinking - man, it's raining I wish I would have spread that grass seed.  Oh well.  Eventually I will get it out there.
I bought some red mulch for the front flower bed.  It looks good.  I bought three bags but I need about 5 more to finish.
Maybe tomorrow I can take some pics to post here.
